With the name “range of flavors: knowledge, seeds and sustainability”, the group was based on the following research problem: how to grow organic food in a sustainable way and contribute to the search for alternatives for a healthy diet? The students and the teacher began to investigate creole seeds and the possibilities for growing organic products. They carried out interviews, workshops and mini-lessons (activities that connect the project theme with the skills to be developed in the classroom and other learning spaces). The application of knowledge took place in the school's vegetable greenhouse, considered a learning laboratory.
