Spore the Game not saving my Creation.

Hello, I been playing spore for awhile now, And the most Irritating thing that happen to me After finishing customizing my creature. I can't save it, I make sure i saved along they way, but it won't save for some reason. I check my Creature category and my saved creature is not found. 
How can it fix this ?
